Condulus Stand was designed by real estate agents who have been through the hassles of key retrieval. We have ruined new shoes walking through mud. We've soaked our clothes trying to dodge sprinklers. We have even toppled over when having to squat low to retrieve a key. Sound familiar?
We searched the web looking for a lockbox service solution for simple key retrieval. Finding nothing of the sort, we began a journey. We started to design a stand that could be attached to the home or business and was easy to find, tall enough for convenient key retrieval, and would fit in a car. It also needed to be secure since the lockbox is usually owned by the local MLS, not the listing agent. After getting it all drawn up, the Condulus stand was born.
